How do we measure success? One way is to produce reports. Whether we've finished our fundraising campaign, held our event, or sent out our email, we want to see how we did. With a basic understanding of how reporting works in PowerBase, we can produce meaningful reports that allow us to measure our efforts
In this one-hour training we cover a few topics that will help us to measure efforts in PowerBase. We will:
- Learn when to use a report and when to do a search.
- Produce a list of constituents to then send them and email, letter or to simply export the list.
- Learn the difference between a report, report template and report instance;
- Learn the steps to configuring a report
- Add a report (dashlet) to your dashboard
