Searching and Reporting for Your Fundraising Campaigns
In this one-hour session we will examine how to use PowerBase to find your donor data. Using PowerBase you can find your donor data by either searching or reporting. In this training we'll:
- Briefly review the two ways to find data in PowerBase: Searching and Reporting
- Plan our data needs using a fundraising campaign
- Learn the power of Summary Fields and how to use them; understand the difference between searching for contributions using a contibution search and using a summary field search
- Learn how to use smart groups to keep your data up-to-date
- Review the different types of reporting available for a fundraising campaigns
We'll present this session using real-life examples. Come ready to see how PowerBase can be used effectively to help you raise money to keep your work going.
