In this session we'll be looking at using PowerBase for your media campaigns. PowerBase has several features that can be used to effectively track your communications efforts. We will:
- explore contact subtypes for media contacts and news outlets
- look at how to use CiviMail, Events, Reports and Activities for your communications
- how to use search and reports for communications
