Interacting With Your Constituents: Using Activities in PowerBase
Activities are a central part of using PowerBase. You can use activities to track a variety of interactions with your constituents such as meetings and phone calls. You can also create custom activities to track specific interactions that are unique to your organization's work. When creating custom activities you can create custom fields that will then appear in that activity type.
In this one-hour training we will cover the use and creation of activities in PowerBase. We will:
- Learn how to document interactions using existing activities such as phone calls and emails. We'll look at how to take advantage of the features in activities to document the interaction and assign it to another staff person.
- Create a custom activity by first creating custom fields that can then be used in this activity.
- Look different scenarios such as using the Activities in PowerBase instead of using Events to track participant attendance.
In this training you will view a demo and then apply what you've learned in your own PowerBase. Workshop materials will be sent out before the training.
